These services are service-based and time-bound, not outcome-based.

  1. b) No Guarantee Clause

Payment for premium services:

  • Does not guarantee interviews
  • Does not guarantee job placement
  • Does not guarantee selection by employers

Hiring decisions are made solely by employers.

  1. c) Refund Policy for Job Seekers
  • Once a premium service is activated, no refunds will be provided
  • Refunds will not be issued for:
    • Lack of interview calls
    • Rejection by employers
    • Change of mind after purchase
    • Partial usage of the service

Employers may be charged for:

  • Recruitment-related features

    • A job post is published, or
    • Recruitment services are initiated
  • Cancellation requests after service initiation will not be eligible for refunds

Laxmi Consultancy Services reserves the right to refuse or cancel any job posting that violates platform policies or applicable laws. In such cases, refund eligibility will be determined at our discretion.

  1. Subscription Payments (If Applicable)

If the platform introduces subscription-based services:

  • Subscriptions will remain active for the purchased duration
  • Early cancellation will not entitle users to partial or prorated refunds
  • Subscription terms will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase
